How fast will I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 15 business days after approval.

The timeline depends on the product type, the customization method (printing or embroidery), and the order quantity. We’ll always confirm the estimated delivery date before moving into production.

What are the average prices?

Pricing depends on the product, customization method, and order quantity.

As a reference:

  • A basic 1-color t-shirt typically ranges from $10 to $20, depending on the garment and quantity.
  • A hoodie usually starts around $45.
  • A cap generally ranges from $10 to $25, depending on the technique and quality.

These prices are averages — every project is unique. The main factors that affect cost are:

  • The type of garment (brand/style)
  • The number of print colors
  • The number of print locations
  • The total quantity (setup fees are spread across all items)
What file or image format should I provide?

A vector file (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) or a high-resolution image (minimum 300 DPI).

High-quality files ensure sharp, professional results. Low-resolution images can appear blurry or pixelated. If you’re unsure about your file, we’ll gladly check it for you.

Can I supply my own garments for customization?

Generally, no. We source apparel at wholesale prices, which are often more cost-effective than retail, even with our margin. Supplying your own garments also raises responsibility issues: if an item is damaged during production, we cannot replace it. By working with our products, we can guarantee the final result and cover any reprints if needed.

Not exactly, we prefer to create a tailored catalog for you. Instead of browsing through thousands of products, you’ll receive a curated selection based on your needs, budget, and brand identity. This way, you save time and make easier, more confident decisions.
